I am a veteran full-time Realtor at Patterson-Schwartz Real Estate. I have successfully closed tens of millions of dollars in listings and sales. I am licensed to list and sell real estate from the Beaches & Resort Areas of Southern Delaware to the Northern most areas of Delaware and Southern Chester County, PA.
 
My primary office is located in Hockessin, DE, but because Delaware is so small and Pennsylvania is so close, I list and sell properties all throughout the Southern Chester County area. I am originally from Landenberg, PA and graduated from Avon Grove High School, an award winning and extremely desirable public school system.
 
I own a second home in Dewey Beach, DE , which affords me the ability to really know the resort area real estate market, restaurants, schools, short-cuts, and local fun retreats for kids...if you are a buyer or seller, I am your one-stop-shop. I specialize in the following areas of Sussex County: Lewes, Rehoboth Beach, Dewey Beach, Bethany Beach, Frankford, Millville, Ocean View, Millsboro and North all the way up to New Castle County, DE.
 
I am a lifetime member of the NCCBOR - New Castle County Board Of Realtors ® Multi-Million Dollar Club and I have received multiple awards and accommodations for excellent service and participation in our local real estate profession. I am currently serving as a chairperson on the NCCBOR Professional Standards Committee & Public Policy Committee.
